1. About this service

Albania Dental Care ("we", "us") operates a dental treatment marketing and enquiry service for people in the UK considering dental treatment in Albania. We advertise treatment carried out at a dental clinic in Tirana, Albania. When you send an enquiry we pass your contact details to that clinic and to the call centre / operator the clinic uses, so they can contact you. We are not a dental practice. We do not examine patients, diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, provide treatment, quote prices, or supervise the clinic. Nothing on this website is dental or medical advice. Any clinical decision is a matter between you and a qualified dentist. Once we have passed your enquiry on, the clinic and its call centre act as an independent business and an independent data controller. They decide how and when to contact you and how long to keep your information, under their own policies. We cannot access, correct or delete the information they hold, and we are not responsible for how they contact you, what they tell you, their prices, their availability, their results, their guarantees, or their compliance with the law. We may be paid a fee by the clinic or its representatives for advertising and for the enquiries we send. Using Albania Dental Care is free of charge to you, and any treatment is arranged and paid for directly with the clinic.

2. No medical advice

Nothing on this website is dental or medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation of a particular treatment for you, and nothing said to you by the clinic or its call centre when they contact you is advice from Albania Dental Care. Information here is general. Always get an in-person assessment and a written treatment plan from a qualified dentist, and consider a second opinion, before deciding to have treatment.

3. What submitting the form does

Submitting the form asks us to pass your name, phone number and (if given) email to the dental clinic we advertise and to that clinic's call centre / operator, so they can contact you. It does not create any agreement for treatment and does not oblige you to book anything. Any treatment is the subject of a separate contract between you and the clinic, on the clinic's terms.

4. The clinic and its call centre are independent

The clinic and its call centre are separate businesses, independently owned and operated. We do not employ their staff, set their prices, control their availability, supply their materials, or supervise their work. Once we have passed your enquiry on, they decide whether, when and how often to contact you, what they say, how they use and store your details, and how long they keep them. We do not control any of this, we cannot access or delete the information they hold, and we give no warranty about the clinic, the call centre, any call you receive, or any outcome.

5. How we are paid

Albania Dental Care is free for you to use. We may receive a fee or commission from the clinic for advertising and for the enquiries we send. This does not add to your cost.

6. Consent to be contacted

By submitting the form and ticking the consent boxes you authorise the dental clinic and its call centre / operator (and anyone they engage) to contact you at the number and email you provide, including by automated dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice, and by SMS and email where offered. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw it — see the Privacy Notice. Withdrawing consent with Albania Dental Care — by emailing [email protected] or telling the clinic directly — stops us passing your details on again and causes us to delete the enquiry we hold. It has no effect on the clinic or its call centre, who hold their own copy and operate under their own policies; Albania Dental Care cannot act for them.

7. Acceptable use

Provide accurate information and only submit your own details, or details you are authorised to submit. Do not use the site unlawfully or to submit other people's data without their permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albania Dental Care is not liable for the acts or omissions of the clinic or its call centre / operator — including how, when or how often they contact you, what they tell you, and how they handle your data — nor for any treatment or its outcome, nor for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the enquiry service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
